About the Journal

The Journal of the Libyan Geographical Society is a peer-reviewed and indexed scientific journal,
 established by General People's Committee Resolution No. 101 of 1981.
 It is published semi-annually, with two issues per year (in April and October).
It holds the legal deposit number (2009) at the National Library in Benghazi,
 in addition to having obtained the International Standard Serial Number Online ISSN: 2790-0150.
 The journal is also indexed in Google Scholar, Researchgate, and Academia.edu.
In addition, it has a DOI on research from the European Union's open-source research repository Zenodo.
The Libyan Geographical Society Journal is dedicated to providing an opportunity for researchers
 in Libya and all countries of the world to publish their original and objective research 
in various branches of geography and sciences related to geography.
(Scientific fields: Population, Climate, Geology, Agriculture, and Economics) in both Arabic and English,
 according to sound scientific research standards, with strict adherence to intellectual property 
laws and academic publishing ethics. Published research may be downloaded for free from its website.
