The concept of the state and the new international situation

Abstract

The state is defined by fixed concepts that have been recognized by the international community for decades, agreeing in essence but differing in form. These concepts are the culmination of peoples' experiences since humans first knew stability and established human civilization on Earth.
The state, as a specific concept, did not come from a vacuum, nor did it come about by chance. Rather, it is the product of past centuries and successive human civilizations. Although the style of presenting the concept of the state may differ, the content is the same, and the research topic will be presented according to the following data:
1 - Man has known the general concept of the state since he knew stability and established villages and cities, as homogeneous human groups took boundaries for their properties, in addition to an authority that manages their affairs, whether it was a religious or political authority.
2 - The ongoing conflict between human groups to impose control, extend influence, and possess natural and human resources is not a recent phenomenon. Rather, it emerged with the first formation of human societies, and this conflict continues to this day.
